FOLLOW ME — BibleWithLife | Christian Worship Music

[Intro]
FOLLOW ME!
Leave the nets on the shore
I was made for more

[Verse 1]

I was mending what was broken
By the water, before the sun
Same old boat, same old horizon
Same old work that made me numb

Then Your voice cut through the morning
Like a trumpet on the sea
One command became my future
When You said, "Follow Me"

[Chorus]

You said, "Follow Me"
Leave the nets, leave the shore
You said, "Follow Me"
I was made for more

At Your word, I will rise
At Your call, I will leave
All I was behind me
Jesus, I will follow

[Verse 2]

I have held on to my comfort
I have called my chains a home
I have feared the open water
I have walked these roads alone

But Your mercy came like thunder
Turning fishermen to flame
You don't call the strong and ready
You make weak hearts brave

[Chorus]

You said, "Follow Me"
Leave the nets, leave the shore
You said, "Follow Me"
I was made for more

At Your word, I will rise
At Your call, I will leave
All I was behind me
Jesus, I will follow

[Bridge]

The nets are falling
The old is gone
The shore is behind me
The road is Yours

No turning back
No turning back
Your voice is enough
No turning back

[Final Chorus]

You said, "Follow Me"
Leave the nets, leave the shore
You said, "Follow Me"
I was made for more

At Your word, I will rise
At Your call, I believe
Make me a witness
Jesus, I will follow

Jesus, I will follow

[Outro]

Follow Me.
I will follow.
